These are the terms and conditions of the use of this site and for the placing of orders.

For consumers - The terms and conditions implicitly include those covered by the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges - ICAC ) Regulations 2013 where not canceled by later legislation. These encompass the EU requirments and only apply to EU customers and for delivery withing the EU. Certain items are excluded form the ICAC this includes items specificaly built for you such as unlock codes, software and all postage/delivery cost are the responsibilty of the purchaser (to and from).

The Right to Cancel

Note: The EU Distance selling Directive only applies to consumer deliveries within the EU and not to trade users or when products are used in the line of business.

For consumer sales ordered within and delivered within the EU the following applies:

All software sales including digital charts, seaPro and other software including, upgrades are final as they are specifically produced for you or contain irrevocable release codes. This includes any unlock codes, once these are released to you the order cannot be cancelled or returned unless we have supplied the incorrect product compared to your order. Once you have used or installed a product the order is final and the Right to Cancel no longer applies.

Any service work or work that has been done that is specific to your order, such as installation or dongle exchange cannot be returned unless found to be faulty under the normal consumer laws.
Any items ordered or modified specificaly for you are also excluded, this includes items that we do not normaly carry in stock. If not sure if this applies to what you wish to order, please contact sales.

For all other product sales, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you or someone on your behalf has received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened. See links bbelow for your legal rights.

Note: If you use the product, open or otherwise degrade the product and packaging from new condition, then you have accepted them and this option no longer applies and normal consumer and guarantees apply.

If your order contains a mix of the above products, then the appropriate conditions apply to each product independently.

We reserve to charge for delivery and any financial service costs involved for further information of your rights under the EU Distance selling directive please see the web site.

Under the act we are required to supply products that are in conformity with the sales contract we have with you (the order)

Non-consumer sales and non EU sales
There is no right of cancel or cooling off period.

We accept online payment via Credit Card, Debit Card payments or by bank transfer or cheque.

Cards we accept include (MasterCard / Visa // Maestro / JCB ).

We reserve the right not to deliver goods until the customer's payments have been fully cleared. If goods are delivered before clearance, then payment is still due.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in UK pounds (pounds sterling), the web site may display prices in other currencies, these are for guidance only and are not contractual. Your credit card provider will convert from pounds to your local currency at their own rates.

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. However this is for information only and our contract of supply with you is dependent on the funds for payment being cleared and the acceptance by us of your order. If there is a problem with the order, which may include, but not exclusively, pricing, order information, serial number of dongle (if appropriate), ordered quantities or if we cannot supply the product in a reasonable time or at the ordered price, we will contact you via phone or your supplied email address to confirm any changes in the order before proceeding or alternatively you may on notification cancel the order in full or in part, except for any items already delivered or ordered specifically for you.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software shop mal-functions,  human error, internet errors, cached web pages on yours or by other third parties such as your ISP. The web site operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, the company reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases or for products that are no longer available or for which the price has changed.

Due to high levels of fraud from certain parts of the world, the site will not support orders from some areas. Please contact sales if you are in one of these areas.

All orders will be dispatched to the address you have specified within 28 days. If the delivery time is likely to be longer than this we will contact you to confirm that this is acceptable to you. For on line delivered products (software upgrades, unlock codes or chart code releases etc.), these or instructions on how to download your products will be emailed to your provided email address.

Important: Unlock codes, and product downloads must be kept safe, they cannot be re-issued. Products should be downloaded within 24 hours of the email containing the download instructions. If you cannot download in this time, please contact sales so that we can arrange an extension of the download time.

Credit Card Security
The shop site uses a Secure Order Processing system or one provided by a secure and trusted third party provider.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party unless required to by law or if required as part of the ordering process for payment or licensing purposes. Otherwise we will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organizations or individuals.

Applicable Law
We trade under terms of United Kingdom law (and where applicable English Law) and by accepting these terms and conditions you agree to their use in governing our relationship and business with you.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm the company or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
