XP - upgrading - no support for this operating system is available unless you have a dongle version 1.5 or better. You may try the new drivers, but this is at your own risk.

Summary

Missing chart note text on Livecharts  - may also effect other rich text items

Problem

On some Windows 2000 installations when viewing the text information on a Livechart or other vector charts  (pressing the right mouse, and selecting Chart Text from the pop-up menu) no text or only the first line of text is shown.

Solution

The problem is caused by Windows 2000 not locating the RICHED32.DLL in the system folder used in the rich text edit control.

To resolve the problem simply copy the RICHED32.DLL supplied in the dll folder in the application folder to its main folder.
