#Summary
When trying to run seaPro or install charts the Operating system gives a 'Side by Side', 'Configuration settings incorrect' or similar error.
The problem is due to the operating system not having the latest Microsoft 'C' runtimes dll's or having conflicting versions. The error can occur if you are trying to use an older version of seaPro and installing new charts or vice versa.
How to fix.
in most cases you will need to un-install the older Microsoft dll's first

Once the old dll's have been uninstall, install the new dll's using one of the following methods:
- If you have a recent Euronav DVD or downloaded CD1
Using Windows explorer browse to the Utils folder and run the MSRuntimes.exe
or
- Download the MSRuntimes.exe installer from the Euronav Web site Download page
or
- Install the appropriate Microsoft provided 'C' runtimes from their web site
