Using windows 95/98 you get a warning
Error Message: Required .dll File Is Missing Msvcirt.dll

 #Problem  

This behavior can occur if an incompatible version of the Msvcrt40.dll file exists on your computer. This can be installed by another seaPro or during an uninstall

 

#Solution  

Download the following file and place in your windows\system folder

Download msvcirt.dll
