Operating system does not support speech output

#Solution  

Download  MSspeech zip, and unzip into a folder or if you have seaPro  3.502
the files can be found in your seaPro  folder

Note:
Only install these if your operating system does NOT have a Text to speech facility.
These files are not supported by Euronav, they are  part of the Windows operating system

1. Install the synthesizer by double clicking on the TV_EnuA.Exe file – follow the instructions.

2. Install the speech control panel by double clicking on the SpchCpl.Exe – follow the instructions.
