On some laptops computers, specifically  Toshiba ones, the dongle may not be seen by the software. 

 #Problem  

On some laptops computers, specifically  Toshiba ones, the printer port works at a slower speed as a power saving feature. 

The security driver needs to be set up to run at a slower speed (this will not significantly effect the programs operation)

This can be done by either downloading and running the Tosh.exe  (recommended for most users) or manual by
 uninstalling the current security driver and re-installing the driver using the following 

Hinstall.exe -i -PORTDELAY 400 
Hinstall.exe is found in the programs security folder.

#Solution  

Procedure:

1. Download new driver
2. Run the driver and select default installation
3. Install your seaPro product.
