#Summary
Latest security drive installation
On some computers the shipped security driver on the 3.206 CDROM may not work
correctly. Symptoms may be
problems with printers or dongle not being recognized
When installing seaPro/lite v3.2 on Windows 2000 French language version, the
installation may fail with a blue screen.
This update is suitable for Windows 95/98/ME and Windows 2000/NT4 and is needed for Windows XP
#Problem
1. Printer or dongle detection on some systems.
2. Installation on some versions of Windows 2000 (French
version) stops the computer with a fatal warning.
The cause of this problem is not known, and may be due to a
conflict between the security system and either
the French language version of Windows 2000 or another component/program
previously installed.
Note:
The problem has not been reported in non-French versions of Windows 2000
or with French versions
of Windows 95/98/ME.
Both new installations and updates are effected by this
problem
Upgrading operating system to XP
#Solution
For French 2000 problem your should install the driver before installing seaPro
Otherwise simply download and run the installation file hdd32.exe - follow the on-screen instructions.
Procedure:
1. Download new driver
2. Run the driver and select default installation
3. Install your seaPro product (if not already installed)
Note: If using a USB dongle you may have to unplug the dongle and then re-insert
for the dongle to be recognised.
