#Summary
When the program is started, I get a security message indicating a problem with the dongle
#Problem
1. You may be using a dongle designed for a different
Euronav program such as using
seaPro with a seaPro Lite dongle
2. You are using the correct dongle but have installed a
later version of the program which you
have not purchased an upgrade for.
3. You are using a software product from another company
that is using the Euronav Charting
system development kit with a seaPro dongle (or vice versa)
4. The dongle has become damaged
#Solution
1. Wrong dongle for the product
Use the correct dongle for the product - if you are not sure check the
label on the dongle.
2. Using a later version of the progam
You will need to either
Uninstall the software and re-install your original program
or
Upgrade to the latest version - please contact your supplier to purchase
an upgrade
release code, or if you have already done this use the unlock program (on
CDROM ) to
upgrade the dongle
3. Product from another company
Use with the correct program - the dongle serial number indicates the product
developer code
No code indicates a seaPro product. if in doubt email Euronav with your full dongle number.
