The role:
This is a multi-purpose part time role in a dynamic growing: company specializing in marine navigation software.
The role will require the chosen candidate to
| |
- take sales orders over the phone and via our online web shop. |
|
| |
- complete orders made by the sales team and get them ready for collection/dispatch |
|
| |
- help with day to day office duties including filing and admin |
|
| |
- possibility to be involved in chart corrections/chart production |
|
| |
|
|
Hours:
13:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday
13:00 - 16:30 Friday
Hourly rate £7.00
Holidays up to 23 days + bank holidays (both on a pro-rata basis)
Occasionally the role will require full time/additional hours to be worked to cover staffing levels/Boat shows etc.
Candidate must be :
PC literate
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Have a good phone manner and the ability to liaise with customers both on the phone and in person
It is desirable for the candidate to have knowledge of sailing and navigation but not essential.
If you have experience of chart corrections or simple CAD input this would be an advantage
