Should I download ?
Only if you are experiencing problems with the dongle /security device or upgrading to XP from earlier versions (upgrade might be required - please contact sales).
If you have upgraded from a printer port dongle to a USB dongle and have a CD disk less than version 3.7

| How to download install
Select the required download below (Hdd32.exe), and save into a convenient folder on your hard disk (good idea to note where you have saved the file to). You must then run the file to install the upgrade.

Run the hdd32.exe - this will update the driver to work with XP/2000 or reduce the probability of conflict with printer drivers etc on 95/98/ME.
Re-start your system.
USB dongle users - You may have to remove and then re-insert the dongle for the driver update to be seen.
You will be then asked to install the driver - the software should then be able to locate the new driver for you.
