Only if you are experiencing problems with the dongle /security
device.
Note: Support for XP Service pack 2 (SP2) is only availably for version 4.x and above. Previous versions may work with this download, but no technical support will be available. - please contact sales to purchase an upgrade.
If using a red network dongle choose the second option with netHasp drivers.

History.
XP service pack 2 was released in Sept 2004 in an effort by Microsoft to resolve security and a large number of other problems in XP. Unfortunately SP2 has resulted in many programs no longer working correctly, including some of Microsoft's own products.
This update fixes problems SP2 causes in using the security drivers.
Problems are only seen when installing Euronav products on to new XP SP2 installations. If Euronav products are already installed when SP2 is installed - no problems are seen i.e. Upgrading old computers with SP2 has not caused any problems.

to download install
Select the required download below, and save into a
convenient folder on your hard disk (good idea to note where you
have saved the file to). You must then run the file to install the
upgrade.
Run the downloaded program - this will update the driver to work with XP SP2
Re-start your system.
USB dongle users - You may have to remove and then re-insert the
dongle for the driver update to be seen.
