These dll's are
provided as is and are not part of the Euronav system. To solve
some dll problems you may need to re-install your operating system
or install the latest version of MS Windows Internet Explorer for
your system. Only consider using them if your system reports the dll
as being missing or of the wrong type
You may find them useful if your system has become corrupted by another
program.
Note: These dll's should not be used for windows 2000/XP
or above. Procedure:
Select and download the file, unzip into a suitable place on your
hard disk
Close all other applications and then copy to your Windows system
folder. This is usually c:\windows\system32 or c:\windows\system.
You may want to search on the internet for
different or later versions

from Euronav with regards to these files -if you are not sure, you
