How to download install
Select the required download below, and save into a convenient folder on your hard disk (good idea to note where you have saved the file to). You must then run the file to install the upgrade.

To do this, simply use the Windows Explorer (right click on start menu and then explore). Double click on the downloaded file to run it. An installation wizard will start - follow the on screen instructions

Once installed use the menu option Chart ->Databases to switch the database marks on and off.
Note: You may need to manually select the Solent Racing Marks database in this dialog box, if the database is not shown or listed.

You will need to zoom in to the Solent area to see the marks..

There are two databases in the 2008 version:
1. An overlay displaying the marks - these are displayed in a single color (magenta) and use a single symbol for all the marks, this is to prevent confusion with the 'charts' proper navigation marks.

2. A waypoint file listing wpts (Select in menu->Waypoints) - These can be added directly to a route.
